During the incessant talk this past week by every pundit with a perspective on whether the Justice Department should appealed Cannon's lame, partisan decision, many believed that an appeal would fail. Why? Because the fix is in with Trump appointed majority ... and then again in the Supreme Court where some jurists have seemingly sold their souls in favor of partisan decisions ... not remotely based on law, precedent, logic and decency. Strictly payback for plum lifetime jobs with virtually no accountability. So some believed we should be fearful and not even try because a bully still wields so much corrupt power ... so he is NEVER held accountable. DJT makes the heads of the five NY crime families look like pikers even in their hey day. That's a major knee in the neck to me.
